Return value of fetch_one()

I am currently writing a fastapi application with databases and sqlalchemy. After looking into the fetch_one() method from databases, I can see that it returns a sqlalchemy RowProxy object. My question is, is it possible to convert the rowproxy to a sqlalchmey model directly? And will this be the case in the future? That you can use databases to return the model directly without a RowProxy object? For example the sqlalchemy first() method returns the model directly
